Pamela established Cominos Family Lawyers in 2011.

Her mission has always been to create a legal practice that operates from a paradigm of compassion, health and wellness for the staff as well as all the clients she works with.

Pamela has represented CEO’s, managing directors and high net worth individuals. She deals with complex property and financial matters, which include assets overseas, business, companies and complex trust structures.

Pamela specialises in strategizing and providing solutions with clients who are considering leaving (or have left) relationships where there is family violence or high conflict or personality disorders such as narcissism.

Pamela is an Independent Children’s Lawyer and has a deep knowledge of the legal complexities that involve children. She is an expert in International Relocation Parenting Matters and is keenly interested in matters that involve the Hague Convention legislation.

Pamela is a member of the NSW Law Society and the Family Law Council of Australia since 2008. She is also a member of the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum and a member of the NSW Law Society Costs Committee in 2020.

Pamela is also an accredited Life Coach, having trained with Australia’s leading Life Coaching Institute.

In her practice, Pamela focuses on 3 key areas:

1. Ensuring that children are kept out of conflict;
2. Protecting and preserving assets in property disputes;
3. Providing her clients with exit strategies and finding empowering solutions to difficult situations involving family violence, coercive and controlling relationships and high conflict personality disorders.

Pamela is committed to changing the way divorce and separation is handled in Australia. She firmly believes that divorce or the end of a significant relationship is an opportunity to learn, grow and rebuild our lives from a place of compassion, kindness and well-being.
